Delivery:
All items are shipped with GLS to the nearest parcel shop and we aim to ship the same day. If the item is not in stock, we will send you an email within 1 day with information about the delivery date. If you as a customer are not satisfied with this delivery time, please contact us without undue delay.

Right of withdrawal:
In the case of distance selling, a 30-day right of withdrawal is granted in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (only for consumer purchases).
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you must return the goods to us no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods, you can also choose to cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods.
The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the goods in a way where it is quite obvious that the use significantly reduces the sales value of the goods, e.g. scratches, registration of product/license, removal of license marks, etc. Similarly, no actual changes must have been made to the goods sold. In cases where the original packaging constitutes a significant part of the value of the goods, this may mean that the goods cannot be considered returned in substantially the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included and is in perfect condition. Therefore, always remember to save the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the goods.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the item to us no later than 30 days after you have received the item. It is always a good idea to contact us before sending the item back, so that any misunderstandings can be addressed early. Always include an explanation, as we often receive packages without a tracking letter, which we do not know what to do with. It is not enough to have sent an email, or refer to an email.
When you cancel your purchase, the amount will be refunded town transfer to your bank once we have received the returned item and checked that it meets the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
NB: Always enclose a copy of the invoice stating that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and the account number to which the purchase price can be transferred. Goods returned on delivery will be refused receipt, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
There is no right of withdrawal in the following situations:
– If you have broken the seal.
– There is no right of withdrawal in the case of commercial purchases (B2B) and in the case of collection purchases.
Complaints:
In the case of consumer purchases, a right of complaint of 24 months is granted for all goods (12 months for commercial purchases) in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about faults and defects in the product that were present upon delivery, but which have only become apparent up to 24 months after purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects have not arisen as a result of your incorrect use of the product, or other harmful conduct. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely in the case of consumer purchases. In the case of commercial purchases, a complaint is required immediately. The right of complaint is not the same as a guarantee, and not all defects will only be rectified via the right of complaint.
When you wish to make a complaint about a product, it must be sent to us at the following address: Bergers Smedie ApS, Hedegaardsvej 10, 5466 Asperup, but always contact us first as some products must be made directly at the manufacturer's workshop and must therefore be sent directly to it.
NB: When returning the item, please include a short, precise and complete description of the fault and a copy of your invoice. If the above is not observed, we reserve the right to return the package at the buyer's expense. Remember to pack it properly. If the item is not found to be defective after further examination, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 400 DKK incl. VAT plus postage for working hours in connection with the return. The amount must be prepaid before the item is returned. Before you send the item to us, you must contact us town email so that we can ensure that you are aware of this.
