Salicylic acid powder

For the treatment of acid spur, hoof crush, hoof abscess after animalintex dressing.
Powder is sprinkled on the infected area, then a hoof bandage is applied. With the leg raised so that the hoof sole is facing upwards, powder is sprinkled on any hoof abscess/sole crush/stone gall and the spur (always to avoid “acid toes” under the bandage), on top of cotton wool, then vet-flex (elastic bandage), finally e.g. tensoplast.
